Unfortunately, there is a bug right now (though claimed intentional by CEO Charlie Cleveland, but I highly disagree) in the Fabricator where five icons are missing unless you have the specific recipe materials to construct them.

Have it connected to your base that has power, or have it near enough to a power generator (solar, thermal, etc.) that the power lines reach it. We don't go around throwing out false information, especially myself since it would be bad for my playtester status in the game and not something I do period. Make sure it’s either powered by an external module like solar panels or connected to a multipurpose room with a bio/nuclear reactor. Information here on the forum about things in general, like Moon Pool fragments, are hardly wrong and fairly easy to see when they aren't.
